Betcrown Partners: Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Agreement

Before you can proceed with registration, please accept the terms and conditions below. If you wish to participate in the Betcrown Partners program, indicate your agreement by clicking the “I Agree” button. Additionally, by accessing and utilizing any Betcrown Partners Marketing Tools or accepting any reward, bonus, or commission, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

2. Enrollment and Site Suitability

To enroll, please submit a complete Betcrown Partners Member Account application via our Web site. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance status. Your application will be rejected if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:

If you market our brands in the UK or to UK customers, you confirm you are fully aware of and will strictly adhere to all requirements of the UK Gambling Commission (LCCP), the CAP/BCAP codes, and the IGRG.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

Members are entitled to commission based on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).

Minimum Payment Thresholds

Commission payments are subject to the following minimums based on your chosen method:

Amounts below these thresholds will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached. We do not carry over negative commissions unless a High Roller Policy applies.
