Betcrown Partners: Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Agreement

Before you can proceed with registration, please accept the terms and conditions below. If you wish to participate in the Betcrown Partners program, indicate your agreement by clicking the “I Agree” button. Additionally, by accessing and utilizing any Betcrown Partners Marketing Tools or accepting any reward, bonus, or commission, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

• Parties: The terms “we” and “us” refer to Betcrown Partners, and “you” and "Member" refer to the other party to the contract.
• Merchant: Any company that has contracted Betcrown Partners to promote their Site(s) and/or products.
• Rights: This contract provides you with the non-exclusive right to direct users (“Visitors”) from your site to the Merchant’s websites in return for the payment of commissions and referral bonuses.

2. Enrollment and Site Suitability

To enroll, please submit a complete Betcrown Partners Member Account application via our Web site. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance status. Your application will be rejected if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:

• Are under construction.
• Are aimed at children.
• Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, or illegal activities.
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Violate intellectual property rights.

3. UK Regional Compliance Obligations

If you market our brands in the UK or to UK customers, you confirm you are fully aware of and will strictly adhere to all requirements of the UK Gambling Commission (LCCP), the CAP/BCAP codes, and the IGRG.

• Ad Standards: All marketing communications must state significant limitations and terms; online ads must link to full T&Cs no more than one click away.
• Age Gating: Advertisements must feature the 18+ symbol. Sponsored social media ads must be age-gated to 25+.
• Prohibitions: Affiliates must not engage in SMS marketing, advertorial-style marketing, or pop-unders. Marketing via the Twitch platform to UK audiences is strictly prohibited.
• Safer Gambling: You must post one (1) safer gambling related post for every two (2) marketing related posts on social media.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

Members are entitled to commission based on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).

• Introductory Rate: 50% of NGR for the first 3 months.
• Standard Tiers: After 3 months, revenue share ranges from 35% to 50% based on performance.
• CPA or Hybrid Qualification Criteria:  A CPA payment is only triggered once a registered player has met all of the following conditions:


• Minimum Deposit: A successful, non-refunded deposit of at least £20.
• Minimum Wagering: A real-money turnover (wagering) of at least £20 (bonus funds do not count toward this requirement).
• Active Status: The account must remain active and in good standing for the first 30 days following registration.

Disqualification: Any player who self-excludes, requests a permanent closure for Responsible Gambling reasons, or is banned for fraud/terms of service violations within this initial 30-day period will be disqualified from CPA totals, and no payment shall be due.

• NGR Calculation: NGR is calculated as: Cash bet – Cash won – jackpot contributions – bonus – processing fees – game providers royalties.
• Payment Date: Commissions are paid by the 25th of each month for the previous month's activity.

Minimum Payment Thresholds

Commission payments are subject to the following minimums based on your chosen method:

Amounts below these thresholds will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached. We do not carry over negative commissions unless a High Roller Policy applies.

5. Term and Termination

• At-Will Termination: Termination is at will, for any reason, by either party via e-mail notice.
• Post-Termination: You must remove all Betcrown Partners banners and disable all links immediately. You will be entitled only to unpaid referral fees earned on or prior to the date of termination.
• Breach: Betcrown Partners may terminate your account and withhold monies if you violate marketing obligations, operate multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. General Provisions

• Independent Contractors: Both parties are independent contractors; this agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Modifications: Betcrown Partners may modify any terms of this Agreement by posting changes online and notifying you via email. Continued participation constitutes binding acceptance of these changes
